Vision Improvement - Reiki - Bach Flowers

Vision Improvement - Individual Sessions: To help fit the busy pace of our lives and times, I offer individual one hour sessions. Sessions are private and are streamlined to fit your personal vision needs. Covering the topics listed below usually takes five sessions. Scheduling sessions once a week or every other week is recommended. In addition, periodic follow-up sessions are available and encouraged.

The individual sessions include:

  • Review of your personal vision history
  • Comprehensive study of the Bates Method
  • Understanding the Human Vision System
  • Visualizations (vision is primarily mental)
  • Supporting activities (palming, closed eyelid sunning, near to far swing, etc.)
  • Developing a Daily Practice (weaning from glasses, if needed)

Each session is one hour. Scheduled at your convenience. Offered in Ashland , Oregon or via the phone on a sliding scale of $45 to $75 per hour/session. Group classes or workshops are available upon request in Ashland , Oregon or at your location. Please call me to discuss possibilities.

Reiki: I am excited to share a new approach to Reiki. Gaia Reiki was gifted to me while traveling to New Mexico . Gaia Reiki is offered in a sacred container of feminine earth energy. Feel deeply nurtured in this magical space. It directs earth (Gaia) energy through your body and has a profound balancing affect. The sacred masculine is also honored to aid in the balancing. And also incorporating the earth’s elemental energies of: fire, air, water and earth to energetically cleanse the body. People leave feeling they have been bathed in ‘love’.

Bach Flowers: I work individually with each client to mutually determine the essences that would be most beneficial at the time of the session. This includes a combination of discussion, questionnaire, essence cards and intuitive means. Also, using the essences attributed to your astrological sun, moon and rising can be helpful. A “treatment bottle” is prepared, along with clear directions for usage.
